Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in Philadelphia arrested a Senegalese illegal immigrant wanted for murder in Brazil.

Gora Tourie Fall, 34, a Senegalese national, was arrested during a targeted law enforcement operation on Dec. 1 on Sept. 10 in Philadelphia, ICE officials said in a statement.

Autumn was captured and released by the Biden-Harris administration’s Border Patrol unit in Eagle Pass, Texas, in April 2021, officials said.

Officials said Fall later received a notice to appear before an immigration judge. and was released on parole

ICE said they became aware of Fall’s arrest warrant in Brazil in May.

Fall is currently in ICE custody awaiting removal proceedings.

Fox News Digital has contacted the White House for comment on the arrest. But did not receive an immediate response.

“Under the Biden-Harris administration. Of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watch list (sic) encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, DHS has released at least 99 into American communities, with more. At least 34 people are in DHS custody but have not been removed from the United States,” reads the Republican report on the House Judiciary Committee. which is a copy first obtained by Fox News digitally.

The officials’ interim report also found that immigration judges granted bail to at least 27 migrants on watchlists who entered illegally. And Border Patrol has encountered tens of thousands of immigrants from countries that may pose a national security risk. Including 2,134 Afghans, 33,347 Chinese, 541 Iranians, 520 Syrians and 3,104 Uzbeks.

“That does not include the potentially unknown number of terrorists. who elude Border Patrol agents to enter the United States It is part of the nearly 2 million ‘flights’ since the start of the Biden-Harris administration,” the report said.

The report is based on information provided to committee staff in June. Border Patrol Police have also encountered migrants on terror watch lists from 36 countries, including places where terrorism is common. Those countries include Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan and Yemen.

“As national security experts and immigration officials become increasingly concerned about the threat of terrorism coming from the border, It is therefore clear that policymakers must take all necessary steps to secure the border and stop the flow of illegal aliens. However, the Biden-Harris Administration has refuses to address the national security nightmare created by an ultra-open agenda,” the report said.

Another scathing report issued by the committee in October added that more than 1.7 million migrants had been found to be US border and coming from countries that officials believe pose a national security threat to the United States.

The report states that the number “Special Interest Aliens” (SIAs) come from a congressional briefing by Department of Homeland Security officials. SIAs are people from countries where the U.S. government Provides that conditions promote or prevent terrorism or may pose a national security threat to the United States.
