William was seen holding hands and chatting with First Lady Jill Biden, who was representing the United States at the ceremony for President Biden.
Prince William was asked to represent the United Kingdom at the event, and after the ceremony, he and Trump met again at the British Embassy in Paris. to discuss about The “special relationship” between the United Kingdom and the United States

The meeting was the first for the couple since Trump won the election. They last met during his first term in 2019, when Trump paid a state visit to the United Kingdom.
William also met President Biden in 2022 as he went to receive the Earthshot Prize.

Trump meets Macron, Zelensky before Notre Dame reopening ceremony in Paris
Trump told ITV in 2019 that he was supposed to meet with Charles for 15 minutes during a state visit. But in the end they talked for more than an hour about the environment.
