My friend Jon Gordon, who is a best-selling author and speaker. Known for its “One Word” challenge, you choose one word for the new year. There is no single resolution that gives you your mission, your passion, and your goals for the year. One word that will focus you on doing your best in 2025.
My word for 2025 is: Greater.
Greater is the relative level of greatness. In other words In addition to being great, it is also great. What will your dream goal be?
I hope you make GREATER your one word for the new year too. You can have a bigger year than ever before. And a life that is greater than what you are experiencing right now.
Overcome the obstacles that prevent you from living a beautiful life.
I want to inspire you to believe in a greater future. Have more happiness in life Have more goals in life Have more faith in God There is more personal growth. Become more spiritually mature Have more financial freedom Have better health And there are more relationships for you this year.
We can hope and pray for greater results. God has placed within us a desire for something greater – a reality that is greater than what we are currently experiencing. A great future for us and our loved ones. and greater freedom to do what God has ordained for us.
Give yourself permission to live a better life. Step into the identity you deserve. Stop playing small, you are meant for something bigger. God wants to develop your capacity for greater responsibility. More influence and greater impact God is preparing you for a greater life.
3 profound New Year’s resolutions you can make when you’re feeling helpless in our chaotic times.
God created you to do great things. Bigger than you can imagine Jesus said “Truly, truly, I tell you, if you believe in me You will do the same thing that I am doing. You will do greater things than these. Now I will return to the Father” (John 14:12).
How can we do greater things than Jesus? He raised people from the dead. He told people of the future. He changed the world forever. We cannot do anything greater than Jesus in terms of quality. But collectively we can do bigger things in quantity.
The important thing is to believe. Have faith that it is possible to do bigger, more, greater things. This is an opportunity to have an even bigger year.
Do we need bigger? I think we do We need more wisdom. We need more opportunities. We need more fulfillment. We want more in our lives. in our family and in our community
New Year’s Resolutions: There’s no reason why these can’t include goals of faith. Call on the Pastor
Even bigger means a year like we’ve never seen before. It will be a year that will exceed any previous year.
Can you imagine a year with more resources? Replacing scarcity with abundance will be a game changer. Can you imagine a year with more harmony? Shifting from division to understanding will change our culture in positive ways.
Can you imagine a greater year of love than this? Relationships will be healed and restored. Can you imagine a more focused year? In the end, I will get to do many things that I haven’t done yet.
