Suspect accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson Earlier this month in New York City fled Manhattan on a train. Not by bus as initially thought, according to reports.
Luigi Mangione was charged with murder after allegedly shooting Thompson on the morning of December 1, 4, as Thompson was walking into the Hilton Hotel in Midtown Manhattan.

At first, investigators thought Mangione took the bus out of town. Because he was seen on surveillance video at the George Washington Bridge bus station, they now think he took the subway from the bus station to Penn Station and bought a train ticket to Pennsylvania before he arrested, CBS News and ABC News reported, citing police sources.
Mangione is being held in a prison in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition to New York.
He was denied bail on Tuesday.
Officers arrested Mangione at a McDonald’s in Altoona. He is accused of bringing a fake ID card to show to local police. and appeared to falter when asked if he had been to New York recently.
