Swift and Lively have been close friends for nearly a decade. Fox News Digital has reached out to Swift’s rep for comment. But haven’t received a reply yet.

According to the document, other ideas would counter any negative narrative. including references to Baldoni’s “stellar reputation among peers and peers in the industry – many quotes and interviews sharing positive experiences” and his support of the #MeToo movement

The lawsuit also includes purported text exchanges between Baldoni, Heath and Nathan (who is also listed as a plaintiff in the lawsuit) in which the actor expressed concerns about the documents.

“I don’t like the documents they sent. Not sure I felt the protection I received from the call,” the post said of the broader conversation with Nathan’s team.

In a conversation between Nathan’s publicist Jennifer Abel and Baldoni (who is also the plaintiff) held that same day, Abel wrote that Baldoni wanted Lively to “feel like she could be buried.” Three days later, Baldoni sent screenshots.
