Both players held up their jerseys as officials tossed a coin with each team’s captain in midfield.
In the first quarter, Vikings star Justin Jefferson scored a touchdown pass from Sam Darnold. He looked into the camera and shouted, “We love you Randy. That’s it for you.”
Moss said Friday that he was He was described as a “cancer survivor” and added that he spent six days in the hospital and had surgery. He thanked the medical team and everyone who prayed for him.
“I’m a cancer survivor,” Moss said. “There were trying times but we got through it.”

Moss said doctors found cancer in his bile duct. “Between the pancreas and liver”
“I don’t think I’d be in this position. As healthy as I thought I was.”
Moss stepped down from his role as an analyst on ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown” earlier this month.
“As soon as I’m healthy and able to get back together with the guys, I’ll be on set … Hopefully I’ll be with you guys soon,” Moss said.
“My goal is to be back on television with my team.”
Moss, 47, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2018 after playing 14 seasons with the Vikings (1998-2004, 2010), Oakland Raiders (2005-06), Ni. England Patriots (2007-10), Tennessee Titans (2010) and San Francisco Forty Niners (2012)

Moss is second in NFL history with 156 touchdown receptions and had an NFL record 23 touchdown receptions in 2007 for the Patriots.
