However, GOP hardliners are unhappy with what they see as unrelated measures attached to the bill, such as Raising wages for lawmakers in Parliament health care policy provisions and laws aimed at in the restoration of RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.
It was abandoned when Trump and Musk threatened to force any lawmakers who did not support pairing CR with action on the debt limit from office.
It caused a major debate in the political arena hours before the House finally passed the bill.
Cloud weighed in a few days later.

“And when you told Elon to go back to Africa?” Cloud wrote on X.
“I am so glad these billionaires have no idea how the three branches of government work…or how this bill was passed into law. Shout out to the 38 Republicans who shot down this bill in the Senate while being threatened and blackmailed.”
All Democrats voted in favor of the bill except for Sen. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, who voted “present.”
Cloud has been outspoken about the United States in the past. After Trump won the election She also brushed off women who voted for Republican candidates.
