Greg Abbott slams immigrants accused of setting fire to house with children

Texas Governor Greg Abbott recently slammed immigrants accused of trying to murder their children. of him in the house fire and pledged to work with President Donald Trump’s incoming “border tsar” to enforce law and order.

Pedro Luis Parra Pulgar, 46, was recently charged with three counts of attempted murder during six Nov. 1 incidents at his home. An immigrant is accused of setting fire to a home in Fulshear, Texas, while his three children were inside.

It is not clear whether Pulgar legally immigrated to the United States. Fox News Digital inquired about his legal status with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Abbott explained that his legal status said “I don’t know”

“Venezuelan immigrants whose legal status is unknown Accused of setting fire to house in Texas with three children inside,” read Abbott’s post. “He would rather spend the rest of his life behind bars.”

The Texas Republican Party has also pledged to work with the incoming Trump administration to deport criminal immigrants.

“I will work with Tom. Homan to find and deport as many of these criminals as possible,” Abbott continued.

None of the suspect’s children died in the fire. Even though one child is seriously ill. smoke inhalation– The 3-year-old child was airlifted to a hospital and released after treatment.

Pulgar’s two other children escaped from the home with minor injuries. The house was also heavily damaged by the fire.

Pulgar was seriously injured in the fire. After staying in the hospital he was booked into the hospital. Fort Bend County Jail on a $2.25 million bond.
