Catalyzing Shields are a great way to increase the survivability of mage Warframes, as you sacrifice a lot of your actual shield value. You gain invulnerability 1.33 seconds after those shields break, so you’ll end up with Catalyzing Shields at full level with only 20% of your max shield value. But it has an invulnerability time of 1.33 seconds. The trick to this build is turning its lower overall armor value into its advantage. Not a disadvantage
