Three men were arrested by police in Nashville after an alert citizen called 911 to report seeing them atop an AT&T building on Sunday.
Just before 5:00 p.m., a witness called police after noticing three suspicious-looking men atop the iconic skyscraper. which is often called It’s been dubbed the “Batman Building” because of its striking resemblance to the caped Crusader.
“Yes, ma’am, I’m at Garth Brooks’ bar down here, and we’re looking at the AT&T building, and there’s three people on top of the AT&T building, like in the tower section, they don’t look like they’re supposed to be there. And it’s Sunday I can’t imagine they’re working. But it looks very strange,” the caller explained.
Police said officers were able to detect the men on the building using binoculars. One thrill-seeker was seen near the building’s spire. and another lying on AT&T’s circular logo.

Officers entered the building and headed towards the roof. But neither they nor the police helicopter crew found the three men.
After a search from floor to floor Officers eventually ended up in the men’s restroom on the 24th floor just before 6:30 p.m.
Officers found the three men hiding in a locked stall. So he ordered him to put his hand under the stall door.
The trio complied and were taken into police custody.
Four men were arrested after breaking into the British Prime Minister’s constituency home.
The men told police they entered the building through an unsecured door.
All three were charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
The intruders were identified as Jacob Thomas Cieszynski, 26, of Chicago, Chase Cooper Lester, 26, of Culloden, Georgia, and Ryan James McGarrity, 20, of Laguna Woods, California.

In addition to more serious break-ins and disorderly behavior, Police also said Lester was also charged with possession of burglary tools after a crowbar and screwdriver were found in his backpack.
Authorities also seized several cameras from the three, including a GoPro camera.

One man told officers they had heard the AT&T building was “the best place to see views of Nashville,” so they entered and climbed a ladder to the roof.
“This case is a prime example of how people are alert when they see something suspicious and say something to the authorities. We all benefit from each other’s vigilance,” said Don Aron, Director of Public Relations for Metropolitan Nashville Police.
