Baldwin still faces a civil lawsuit filed against him by Hutchins’ family. The actor’s legal team filed a request for a temporary restraining order on November 1, Aug. 19, one day before the premiere of “Rust” in Poland.

Attorney Gloria Allred filed charges of battery. loss of joint venture causing emotional distress and others on behalf of Hutchins’ mother, sister and father in February 2023. The lawsuit claims Hutchins is financially responsible for her family. And there are plans to take them along. She will live in America.

The lawsuit names Baldwin, the producer of “Rust,” and other defendants. That lawyers argue is responsible for Hutchins’ death.
