“I think we are beyond that word. ‘Keeping it positive’ has gone away,” Rodgers said. Via SNY– “I think it’s just a matter of perspective. Perspective will inform your truth. And your truth will make you true.”

“You have to understand what it means to be a professional,” he said. “That’s an important part of building a culture. Two weeks ago we were able to really see it. Who’s in front and who’s ready to leave? It’s just part of the game. I was on a couple of teams that were eliminated. And it’s interesting to look at training habits. Preparation habits

Hopefully we’re doing the right thing and it means a lot because everyone’s watching and it’s a business you know. There will be some interesting discussions over the next few weeks. But just focus on the relationship that we have. each other and try to get this matter finished professionally.”

The Jets made some big changes during the season. From firing the head coach and general manager to the landmark trade for Davante Adams.

The team may see more change. Because of Garrett Wilson is non-committal about his future with the team.
