Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wishes Christians around the world a Merry Christmas. And thank you to the Christian community for its support. amid the ongoing conflict with the Jewish state’s terrorist groups.
Netanyahu released a video message on Christmas Eve on his account on the social media platform X.
“My dear Christian friend. When you gather together with family and friends On this Christmas I wish the Christian community in Israel and around the world a Merry Christmas from the Holy Land,” he said.
Netanyahu warned Huhis amid calls for Israel to purge its terror leadership. Just like they did with Nasrallah Sinwar.

This comes as Israeli forces are involved in an ongoing conflict with terrorist groups. Including Hamas in Gaza. and Hezbollah in Lebanon following Hamas Oct. 1 surprise attack on Sept. 7, 2023, leading to a military response from Israel.
“At the time Israel was fighting on seven fronts. We greatly appreciate the steadfast support of our Christian friends around the world. You stand beside us. You stood with us resiliently, consistently, and strongly as Israel protected us. Civilization against barbarism,” Netanyahu said.

“The people of Israel are united in defending our country against those who seek our destruction,” he continued. “We seek peace with all those who desire peace with us. But we will do whatever is necessary to protect the only Jewish state. Storage space and the source of our common heritage.”
There are more than 180,000 Christians living in Israel. This represents about 1.8% of the country’s population of more than 9.9 million, according to the Israel Central Statistics Office.

The Christian population increased by 0.6% last year.
“Israel leads the world in fighting the forces of evil and tyranny. But our struggle is not over,” the Prime Minister said. “With your support and with God’s help. I guarantee we will win. from Jerusalem city of peace I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
