But really, even if the White House had an explanation, why would anyone believe it? Why do we treat it as a lie to keep information from us that we don’t need to know?

In just over a month Trump will take control of the White House. And he has already said If this mystery is not solved within that time. He will be open to shooting down one of the drones to see what it is.
Any human whose brain hasn’t been scrambled by Washington, D.C.’s interagency regulations knows that we should have taken these things down days ago. It’s just common sense, as Trump says.
But more importantly, If and when that happens, incoming White House press secretary Caroline Levitt has the opportunity to address the matter head-on. And as long as you never misuse it. Trust between the White House and citizens can restored

The question isn’t something Americans need to know. The question is what we deserve to know. And with very few exceptions. The answer to that question should be “Any bad thing Whatever we want to know.”
