Karen Finney, former adviser to Hillary Clinton and contributors to CNN argued Sunday that President Biden’s record “It will last forever” as he leaves office.
“I think in the long run We will remember that it was the President and Vice President who helped us bounce back from the brink during COVID. where hundreds of thousands of people die every day,” Finney said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “We are in our homes. She added: “I think one thing you’ll see him do in the remaining time is invest more in the CHIP Act and science. I think that’s going to be a change in communities across the country. Finney acknowledged that some critics, like her panelist Scott Jennings, criticized the administration for saying it was “correct” to not disclose Biden’s mental state, but she was quick to dismiss it as a replacement for Biden’s foreign policy.
“It was very concerning to learn at the end of the year how poor his health was. And I, like a lot of people, didn’t know it had gotten to that point,” Finney said. “Like I said. I think…he came to apply for a job. He has finished his work. I think some of the successes in the Middle East and foreign policy will also stand the test of time.”

He continued: “But as we continue to learn about the massive cover-up that took place, It’s not about his health. But about his mental acumen in concealing that.
