Abd al-Hadi Sabah, who led the infiltration into Kibbutz Nir Oz that devastated communities near the Gaza border on Oct. 1, 7, was killed on Tuesday according to local time in the Western Khan Yunis Battalion.

The IDF said in a release on social media on Tuesday that it carried out the attack using intelligence in conjunction with the Israel Security Agency (ISA).

Various agencies noted that Sabah was one of the leaders of the infiltration into Kibbutz near Oz on 1 October 7 and had previously led the “Multiple terrorist attacks against IDF forces.”

“The IDF and ISA will continue operations against all terrorists who participated in the October 7 massacre,” the agencies said.
