How to get rid of stuttering in Arena Breakout: Infinite


How to fix Arena Breakout: Infinite performance issues

If you’re playing Arena Breakout: Infinite, there’s a chance you’ll experience performance issues. Especially if you’re using a newer Nvidia card, one major thing we noticed was some serious occasional stuttering. This can turn a fast-paced battle into a nightmare. Here are a few suggestions with a workaround until Morefun Studios addresses the issue.

As long as you use a reasonably modern system. You’ll probably be fine. But you can always try using the Shadow Detail, Texture Quality and Shader settings to get better FPS. If you have a DLSS or FSR enabled card, disable it as these two options seem to make the Stuttering gets worse

After too much testing Setting the field of view to low and the post-processing quality to low or medium. It seems to give the best results. Distance may vary. Make sure to disable V-Sync unless the screen is tearing. Try playing the game in full-screen mode and set Max FPS to the refresh rate of your monitor.

You can also give Arena Breakout: Infinite more focus through your Windows graphics settings. To get there, type graphics settings in the search bar on the Start menu or right-click on your desktop. Press display settings and find graphics under related settings.

Here you can add Arena Breakout: Infinite via the Browse option to the list. Click in the list, press Options, and set it to High Performance. Then click Save. If you’re using any overlays, including NVIDIA’s Shadowplay, AMD Radeon Overlay, Discord, or the regular Steam Overlay, consider disabling them. Steam Overlay can be disabled on a game-by-game basis by right-clicking on it. Games in your library Select properties and disable Steam Overlay while in game. Discord Overlay settings can be found under Settings, then Game Overlay in Activity Settings. You can disable NVIDIA’s Shadowplay by opening the NVIDIA app, selecting Settings. and disable the NVIDIA overlay option. To disable the AMD overlay, press Alt+R or open the app under Settings. You will find the option to show the overlay and you can turn it off.
