Jana Kramer thanks millions of online followers for helping her raise her family.
Kramer, 40, was initially surprised to find his motivation for becoming an influencer. But now welcomes the opportunity to use her social media platforms as a source of income while working additionally in the entertainment industry.
Although the star of “The Masked Singer” hosts a podcast and works on several film projects, But her lifestyle as a brand ambassador gave her family more options than she expected in any career path.

“I remember one time I was approached to influence a product where they would pay me for it. And I was like, ‘What?'” Kramer told Fox News Digital exclusively. “I’m so grateful.”

“I’m so grateful to be able to have a platform where I can do things. Like that to help my family. Because, you know, the world of acting and singing is tough,” admits Kramer.
“I have two films signed up for next year. I’m very excited I can’t wait to shoot those movies. But after that I was looking for work.”
She added: “It’s like you’re always there… I’ve never had job security since I started. Like, I don’t know if the show will continue or not.”
“I’m so grateful to be able to have a platform to be able to do things like that to help my family because, you know, listen, the world of acting and singing is tough.”
Kramer found success starring in “One Tree Hill” more than a decade ago. She has since been credited with roles in “Entourage” and “Friday Night Lights.” Most recently, she starred in the television movie “Gaslit by My Husband: The Morgan Metzer Story.”

She knows that influence is not “Job security in any way But it’s definitely something that pays the bills. And I am very grateful for that.”
Her husband, former football star Allan Russell, has helped Kramer think before he speaks when it comes to sharing online. She credits his sometimes calm and considerate personality with getting along with her and being more willing to express herself on her platform.
“I have two films signed up for next year. I’m very excited I can’t wait to shoot those movies. But after that I was looking for work.”
Russell and Kramer married a year ago in his native Scotland. They have one young son named Roman. And she co-parents two children with her ex-husband, Mike Cossin.

“I knew when I met him that he was a more private person. He knew when he met me that I was more eloquent. Share everything… Now I feel like we meet in the middle,” Kramer said. “I’m more careful about what I say. I am more aware of what I say.”
She works in therapy to align her intentions with the meaning behind her words.
“It was just a learning curve in this new era of being vocal about things,” Kramer said. “I love having a podcast. I like to be a spokesperson. But my husband really helped me. In what I share and how I share it. He definitely helped me grow in that area.”

However, Kramer isn’t afraid to share how she feels about working on “The Masked Singer” this season.
“I had the time of my life, it was so much fun,” she said. “That’s what I wanted it to be like. When you receive a message I was sitting on the couch just watching a movie with my husband. And I got up and started screaming.”
After explaining the concept of She then gave the “best performance” to her husband, who is from Scotland. Kramer knew she couldn’t miss the chance to try singing in costume in front of millions of people on television.
