Jay-Z’s lawyer undermines rape accuser’s version of events Meanwhile, his legal team works to preserve evidence in a collapsed case.
The rapper requested a lawyer following the orders of Judge Tony Buzbee and his unnamed accusers. It “retained all evidence relevant to the case” after multiple inconsistencies were revealed. That’s according to a court filing obtained by Fox News Digital.
The woman who accused Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping her when she was 13 has admitted she “made a mistake” in filing a legal complaint against the musician in a new interview.
“The timeline, location, and occurrence of the events alleged in Plaintiffs’ complaint are impossible based on these admissions,” Jay-Z’s lawyers wrote.
JAY-Z continues the offensive, aiming to counter accusers who are taking a break from their tactics. ‘Wall of secrecy’ for a long time
“When taken together Inconsistencies in facts The impossibility of the timeline and lack of confirming evidence This makes the plaintiff’s allegations … completely unreliable.”
One inconsistency that Jay-Z’s team noted was the accuser’s claim that she was attacked at an after-party held at a private residence.
“She referred to a house that probably matched the description of the alleged crime scene. But no such house exists,” court documents said. “And the plaintiffs’ allegations become even more questionable when the nightclub evidence is considered.”
Jay-Z’s lawyer points out that Diddy was actually photographed at two after-parties at nightclubs after the 2000 VMAs. The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper was spotted at Twirl and Lotus in New York City.
“When taken together Inconsistencies in facts The impossibility of the timeline and lack of confirming evidence makes the plaintiffs’ allegations … completely unreliable,” the rapper’s lawyer wrote.
Buzbee, who represents Jane Doe, acknowledged that the case was reviewed by another firm. and forwarded to Buzbee Law Firm
“Our client continues to insist that what she said is true. As far as I can remember,” the lawyer told NBC News In the email, “We will continue to investigate her claims and gather corroborating information to the extent available. Because we have investigated her intensively. She even agreed to submit to a polygraph. I have never had a customer recommend this before.”
“In any case, We always do our best to review each request. Just like we did in this case. This made her extremely distressed. To the point where she had a seizure and had to seek medical treatment due to stress.”

Jay-Z’s legal team also highlighted the accuser’s story of how she left the party. In the lawsuit obtained by Fox News Digital, the woman claims she fled the party after being accused of rape and ran to a gas station.
“I’m upset. And the guy at the gas station could tell I was visibly upset. And she let me use the phone. I called my father because he was the only person I trusted at that time. I told him I broke it’ and I needed a ride home,” she told NBC News. “We had a quiet ride home. He didn’t ask me what happened. He didn’t ask me what I was doing or where I was.”
However, her father doesn’t remember the five-hour drive from Rochester to New York City.
“I feel like I remember that, but I don’t,” he told NBC. “I had a lot going on. But I mean, that’s something that will definitely stick in my mind.”
Buzbee explained, “We agree that he said he didn’t remember. His daughter explained that he was in no condition to remember at the time due to personal problems he was having at the time. We are talking about a time frame of more than 20 years.”
JAY-Z’S SEXUAL ABUSE ACCUSATION: Can Mughal Rapper Face Criminal Charges?
The victim claims in the lawsuit that she “Remembered many famous people” when arriving at the party and is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The 38-year-old has now revealed who she allegedly spoke with in an interview conducted after the court filing.
“I was talking to Fred Durst, Benji Madden about his tattoos. Because you know About his tattoo ‘The Last Supper’ because I have a religious background. So it’s just something to talk about. she told NBC.
However, Madden wasn’t at the 2000 VMAs like he was. on tour It was with his band Good Charlotte at the time and they were performing in Chicago. A representative for the musician confirmed this detail with the outlet.
“Actually, The most obvious thing is what happened to me and (the path) I took to what happened to me. Not all faces are this clear,” the accuser told NBC in a follow-up interview. “So I made a mistake. I may have made a mistake in my identification.”
Fox News Digital has contacted representatives for Madden and Durst.

Jay-Z’s lawyers also pursued Buzbee in filing the lawsuit. It points out multiple instances of misconduct by attorneys in the state of Texas. As of December 1, 18 legal filings Grossman was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for the deaths of two boys crossing the street. She was found guilty of manslaughter and other charges. That has happened since September 1. On September 29, 2020, an accident took the lives of 8-year-old Jacob Iskander and 11-year-old Mark Iskander.
