Both Sinner and Swiatek are No. 1, No. 1 in the men’s and women’s sports, respectively.
Kyrgios said the violation “Disgusting for our sport.”
“Two world No.1s being doped is an abomination for our sport. It’s a terrible look,” the Aussie star said. “The honesty of tennis right now. And everyone knows this. But no one wants to talk about it. It’s terrible.”
He went on to say that he would not attempt to use banned substances.
