Both Sinner and Swiatek are No. 1, No. 1 in the men’s and women’s sports, respectively.
Kyrgios said the violation “Disgusting for our sport.”
“Two world No.1s being doped is an abomination for our sport. It’s a terrible look,” the Aussie star said. “The honesty of tennis right now. And everyone knows this. But no one wants to talk about it. It’s terrible.”
He went on to say that he would not attempt to use banned substances.

“Especially going through an injury like I went through. Clearly, there are many things that can speed up healing. Helps hair return to normal levels. and help with recovery,” he said.
“There are many things that are prohibited in our sport. What can I do to get me back faster? (But) That’s not who I am. I was always against that.”

Kyrios has not played in a tournament since June 2023 as he deals with a knee problem.
