Plane in New York crashes at Bills star’s home, killing one person, police say


A plane crashed on the property of Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins, killing one person, officials in New York said.

Buffalo Niagara International Airport issued a warning at about 11:16 a.m. ET that the plane had mechanical problems while attempting to reach White Plains, East Aurora Police Chief Patrick Welch said. Its origins come from Lansing, Michigan.
