special: Rep. Carlos Gimenez, a member of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) House of Representatives Select Committee, said China is President-elect Donald Trump is the “greatest threat” to the United States and will bring “peace through strength.” Peace does not come through comfort.
Gimenez, R-Fla., told Fox News Digital that the CCP is “an enemy that we have to watch out for. both military and economic.”
“China is advancing globally,” Gimenez said, pointing to its manufacturing capabilities. Especially in the area of materials and weapons for national defense. “It is superior to the United States. And we see that we are still lacking.”

Gimenez said the Russo-Ukrainian war “It has shown us that our ability to defend has decreased over the decades.”

“It shows that military equipment will quickly run out if we fight China for a long time,” he said, warning that China “It has the ability to produce more boats than we do.”

“We need to improve the way we do things at the Pentagon. We need to be more agile. We need to get the private sector involved. And we must get rid of the bureaucracy that impedes our ability to protect ourselves,” he said.

But for ways to deal with threats from China Gimenez has attacked the Biden administration. Specifically, President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

“I think China and Biden and Blinken Thinking they can do whatever they want. or think they can fool them,” he said. “The Biden administration has often shown weakness and tried to appease our enemies. Meanwhile, Trump knows exactly who our friends are. Who is our enemy? and will put America’s security first.”
Gimenez added: “He understands that America’s security lies in peace through strength. It is not peace through comfort.”

“We can use our domination as an economic weapon against our enemies. Help our friends and harm our enemies,” he continued. “We can replace Iranian and Venezuelan oil with American oil. Russian oil with American oil It then starves countries allied with China of their greatest source of income. And then it impedes their ability to help China.”
“If China finds itself alone in the world I think that is the best way we can deter this threat,” he said. “But we must show strength and willingness to confront CCP aggression.”

As for the CCP House of Representatives Selection Committee, he said they have “There’s a lot of work to be done.”
