Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a $15 million sexual assault lawsuit. As his legal problems continue to increase
LaTroya Grayson claims Diddy sexually assaulted her when she was 23 years old, according to a civil complaint filed Friday and obtained by Fox News Digital. The woman, who lives in Oklahoma, It is alleged that she received an invitation to a party thrown by the rap mogul in 2006.
Grayson joins “Black Party” on Oct. 1, Oct. 16, 2006, and woke up the next morning in the hospital. Court documents state, “When (Grayson) returned to the hotel She called a friend and explained that she wasn’t sure what had happened to her, but (she) believed she had been drugged, assaulted, robbed, not knowing how she had last arrived at the hospital. The memory is of Diddy’s Black Party.”

“Ms Grayson admits that she has no recollection of the events alleged in her complaint. I don’t know who is involved. and never spoke to Mr. Combs. Her accusations against him are nothing more than fiction.”

She said that when she woke up in the hospital, “Her shirt is torn. Missing underwear She didn’t wear any shoes. And the money she used to travel was stolen.”
After returning to Oklahoma Grayson allegedly received a phone call from an anonymous woman who “threatened (Grayson) telling her that attempts to pursue anything regarding (her) attack would be futile because defendant Combs was ‘a person Loud’ and that (Grayson) ‘would be wasting her time’.”
In the filing, Grayson included a hotel receipt along with a copy of flight information related to her trip from Oklahoma to New York City.

Combs’ representative claims Grayson’s allegations are “pure fiction” and never happened.
“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking,” a statement provided to Fox News Digital read. “Ms. Grayson admits that she has no recollection of the alleged incident. in her complaint I don’t know who is involved. and never spoke to Mr. Combs. Her accusations against him were fiction. As we have said, Mr. Combs cannot respond to baseless lawsuits and money grabs by attorneys. He has faith in the justice system. The truth will be separated from such opportunism.”

Diddy faces a handful of civil lawsuits alleging sexual harassment. This includes a case in which he and “Celebrity A” were accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.
Jay-Z added to the lawsuit against Combs on December 1, 8. The amended complaint names the rap mogul “Celebrity A.”
In a new lawsuit, a 13-year-old became confused and found a bedroom to relax in after allegedly having one drink. Jay-Z, Diddy and a “Celebrity B” woman appeared to follow the young woman into the room. She “recognized both celebrities three people immediately,” according to court documents.

Jay-Z was accused of raping a young woman, followed by Diddy who was accused of raping the plaintiff. All this while “Celebrity B” watched, the lawsuit said.
The “Empire State of Mind” rapper vehemently denied the allegations in a statement shared on Roc Nation’s social media.
“This allegation is very egregious. I beg you to file a criminal complaint. It’s not civil!! Anyone who commits crimes against minors should be locked up. Wouldn’t you agree? These victims truly deserve justice,” he wrote in part.
Combs also denies the allegations against him.
