This bizarre incident occurred with less than three minutes remaining in the second quarter. and was caught on TNT broadcast.

The video shows a woman running from the stands.

One person was arrested before he could step on the field. while another went down to the middle of the field before being taken down. The latter was escorted out of the court by several security officers.

It was not immediately clear what motivated the women to storm the courthouse. But the incident comes as the league deals with declining viewer ratings.

Ratings for NBA games on ABC, ESPN, TNT and NBA TV dropped 25% through Saturday, according to Sports Media Watch.
