The re-election of Donald Trump as President of the United States. Big changes are promised in the upcoming new year, however, a number of politicians have chosen to oppose Trump and his administration. They often claim to do so because they believe they are more moral, moral, and humane than the incoming president. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is one of them.
On the morning after the election after he campaigned for Vice President Kamala Harris in North Carolina. Johnson released an official statement from his mayor’s office saying, “Our president-elect has directly threatened the most vulnerable and marginalized people in our society.”
He added: “Chicagoans can rest assured they have a mayor who will not tire. Someone who will not be broken when it comes to protecting the city. our values and our neighbors When fighting against any hatred, we will not flinch.”
So there you have it: Brandon Johnson, a great moral man who will save us all.
Chicago mayor publicly boots from ROWDY CITY meeting as residents oppose immigrant ‘invasion’
Only if that ounce is real.
The truth is that Johnson is too much of a force against us Chicagoans. It’s because of men like him. So I turned to the American public for help in raising funds to build my Center for Economic Opportunity and Leadership on Chicago’s South Side. I didn’t get many kind words from him.
This is not surprising since this man has not done much for public school education. The elementary school not far from me had no children reading or doing math at grade level. Why didn’t Johnson, a former teacher, care about these kids? Where is the morality in deciding to enroll children in schools only in the name of others?
It turns out he was too busy launching a campaign to close some of Chicago’s best performing high schools, CPS Selective Enrollment Schools. Including kids from my neighborhood. Flee to those schools to escape failing schools. Now Johnson wants to close them. Because it’s unfair to black kids stuck in underperforming schools. You can’t make this up.
It was only after public outcry and pushback from a handful of government officials that Johnson supported the issue — for now.
CHICAGO Community Activists Shut Down Immigrant Crisis: ‘I WELCOME’ TRUMP BORDER CZAR
I couldn’t help but feel the irony when Johnson positioned himself as a protector of the many immigrants moving into the city. He said, “We will protect the people of this city because…President Trump His threats are not just to undocumented newcomers and families,” said Mayor Johnson. “His threats also posed to black families.”
How does he protect black families when he threatens to close schools? And how can he protect black families? When he allows immigrants to enter his city without medical examination? Then allocate millions of dollars to them.
At a recent town meeting, one woman wore a shirt. “Chicago Flips Red” told Johnson that he would be “responsible” for appointing the deputy mayor on the matter. “Immigrant, Immigrant and Refugee Rights” and freely spend on these people when The country is in such debt that it’s no joke.

Another speaker said at the same meeting that “We’re going to talk about this budget, the weird stuff that’s happened because, again, your name is in the May 2023 Executive Order, which is the Executive Order on Immigration, Immigrants and Human Rights. Asylum you cause All this money is going to illegal immigrants.”
Another person said: “No one appoints a king to rule the people of Chicago.”
Mayor Johnson’s answer? “Sergeant, please remove these people from the room.”
Johnson appointed so many people to his administration that the public no longer had a proper idea of who was responsible for what. What we do know is that there are too many people in six figures. And apparently there are enough people of color. It allowed Johnson to boast that he had the most diverse administration of all time.
He might have that. But is he a decent person who truly cares about his people? Or is he an idealist who uses his opposition to Trump as a cover for his failures as mayor? I strongly believe it is the latter. Johnson is no friend of Chicago. He is not friendly to the people. He is a friend to the decay of Chicago. Institutional corruption
