If Arrigo is confirmed, Arrigo, who is vice president of Arrigo Auto Group in West Palm Beach, Fla., will serve as ambassador to Portugal.

“John is a highly successful entrepreneur in the automotive industry. and is a champion golfer For more than thirty years, he has been an incredible leader in business in West Palm Beach. and have earned the respect of all,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform. “I have known John for a long time. He will do incredible work for our country. and always put America first.”
Arrigo is a long-time Trump associate, Business Insider reports in 2021.
