Game Pass Ultimate members will have access to Xbox Cloud Gaming on new LG Smart TVs this year.
With the tech conference taking place at CES 2025 in Las Vegas this week, Microsoft and LG have announced a new partnership. Later this year, LG will begin integrating Xbox Cloud Gaming with new LG Smart TVs to enable Game Pass Ultimate members can access their favorite Xbox games through Microsoft’s cloud streaming service.
Microsoft announces partnership with LG in Post Xbox Wire This week shared that the first LG Smart TV with Xbox Cloud Gaming will launch “later this year.”

This is an important move for Microsoft as it continues to develop and improve Xbox Cloud Gaming features and services in beta with help from Xbox Insiders. Cloud Gaming is now available on select mobile devices, VR headsets, and Some Apple PCs and Windows Smart TVs are now supported. But LG’s partnership promises to expand that support to additional devices.
