A video shared on social media of a baby’s interaction with his new glasses has sparked interest around the world. and has been viewed more than 100 million times on TikTok and Instagram.
Stephanie Mazzone-Meyer The child’s mother posted a video of 1-year-old Liam Frederick trying on new glasses. And he clearly liked what he saw. (See the video at the top of this article.)
Mazzone-Meyer spoke exclusively to Fox News Digital about the experience.

She said she and her husband were traveling from their home in New York to Wisconsin when the video began picking up.
“It slowly started gaining traction on my personal Instagram. So on that trip we decided to upload the video to TikTok,” she said.
“I fell asleep during that 16-hour car ride and woke up to hundreds of thousands of views. And just a few hours later, we passed 1 million and finally passed 75 million,” she said.
So far, the video has been shared by news organizations in several countries. including in Italy, Chile, Spain and the Netherlands.
“This is the best video I’ve ever seen.”
Mazzone-Meyer said the comments she received were heartwarming. Some people expressed their opinion that “This is the best video I’ve ever seen.”
Another person commented that “I had a really bad week. Then I saw your son’s video. It makes my whole day,” while another said. “I cried ugly at work!”

The mother said “My videos also help other parents. Pay attention to the health of your baby’s eyes. and prioritize appointments with an optometrist. If they notice that something is wrong with their vision Or if they notice squinting.”

She added: “My hope is that Liam can bring the same joy to others that he brings to us every day. He’s been through a lot in his short time on this earth, and he still has a big smile on his face when you look at him.”
She also said “He spreads goodness I think the comments we receive every day confirm this.”
“He is a completely different kid.”
Mazzone-Meyer said this was because Liam had abnormal scans in utero and was born early. His pediatrician and care team then recommended several tests after his three-week stay in the NICU. One of them is an optometrist’s appointment.

His doctor decided to schedule a follow-up appointment several months later. And at that time It was decided that he needed to wear glasses immediately.
Mazzone-Meyer said Liam was a kid who always had a smile on his face.
Because her baby got new glasses. She noticed that he smiled more. (If possible) Grab more and play more.
“He is a completely different kid with his new qualities,” Mazzone-Meyer said.
