An unidentified drone has been seen on a joint US-British base in the UK for nearly a week.

The drone invasion comes a month after Fox first reported that a spy drone had flown for 17 days near Langley Air Force Base in Virginia last December. Those drones are big. But it poses the same challenges to base commanders.

Lakenheath is home to the U.S. Air Force’s 48th Fighter Wing. Described as the foundation of warfighting capabilities in Europe, Mildenhall hosts the 100th Air Refueling Wing and Feltwell is a hub for housing, schools and other services. Fairford is home to the 501st Combat Support Wing headquarters and the 420th Air Force Base Squadron.
