A former official who accused former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment has dropped the federal lawsuit against him, according to court records.
A voluntary notice of dismissal without prejudice was filed on Monday, Dec. 9 by Charlotte Bennett’s attorney, who filed a 2022 lawsuit against her one-time boss.
