Kate Middleton ends a “cruel” year by spreading holiday cheer.

in march Kate ends speculation after announcing she has been diagnosed with an undisclosed cancer. Her announcement comes six weeks after Buckingham Palace announced that the 76-year-old king was also receiving treatment for cancer. At the beginning of last year The King received treatment for an enlarged prostate.
For a while, she stepped away from most public duties during her treatment. Kate made two appearances earlier this year, firstly during the King’s Birthday Parade in June. This is known as Trooping the Colour, and during the men’s finals at Wimbledon in July. for which she received a standing ovation

At this event, Kate said that she “I didn’t know that this year would be the year I just encountered… Things that weren’t planned,” as People magazine claimed.
“But I think a lot of people this year have had such a challenging time. And many others are here today,” she said.

When told he looked “relaxed”, William responded: “I couldn’t be any less relaxed this year. So it will be really interesting for you all to see that.”
“But it’s more about trying to fix it. And you have to move on,” he added. “I enjoy my work. And I enjoy going at my own pace and making sure I have time for my family.”
