Pickett was thrust into the starting role before the Eagles’ final game of the 2024 season against the Cowboys. Jalen Hurts suffered a concussion in the first quarter of last week’s loss to the Washington Commissioners. And at that time his health was not yet completely strong.

Philadelphia hopes to close out the NFC East with a win over the Cowboys. The Washington Commissioners are tied at 10-5.
