“I was diagnosed with ADHD even as a child, it was dyslexia. But just know that I’m just a neurodiverse person. I always knew,” he continued.
“The Masked Singer” host admits he tried to get help and looked on the bright side of his diagnosis.
“I feel like there’s a lot of labels out there, but… to be able to embrace it and say, ‘Look, I’m healed, I need help. Show me.’ I just embraced mental health and therapy in such a strong way,” he added. “To be able to say that I am an example to others. but also receive healing during the process of self-work.”

Cannon describes his mental illness as a “spectrum” that starts with “confidence, overconfidence. arrogance” but explains that in “extreme” cases, a person may have a “lack of empathy and angry”
He then confessed that he “identified” with all of the characteristics except “lack of empathy” and “anger.”
“I took all the power away from the word narcissism. Because I’ve researched it and I understand it,” Cannon said. “Call me whatever you want…right now if I don’t know what it is. I would have a problem with it.”
Cannon went on to talk about how he grew up in a Christian family and how he was able to “do it all through Christ who strengthens me.”
